I'm opening a limited number of spots for a 5-session introductory package at a highly-discounted $20/session as I build my practice.

the what:

  • Five 60-minute coaching sessions (via video call)

  • A structured partnership where we set specific goals around the skills and capabilities you want to build

  • Tools to somatically feel into your own body, translate physical sensation into understanding, and use that insight to guide your decisions

  • Practices between sessions to deepen the work

Folks who might find this helpful may be:

  • Navigating a transition (career, role, relationship, life stage) and want clarity about your next move

  • Find yourself reacting in ways you don't like in high-pressure moments and want to develop more groundedness

  • Have a sense there's a gap between who you are and how you show up

  • Curious about using your body's intelligence to make better decisions

  • Want to try coaching but aren't ready for a long-term commitment

the how:

  1. Schedule initial conversation: Set up a 30-min first session to discuss goals and what you're looking for

  2. Schedule flexibly: Book your remaining 4 sessions as works for your timeline (I recommend weekly or bi-weekly for momentum)

  3. Come ready: Each session, bring a topic you want to explore. I'll ask transformative questions and reflect observations to prompt your own deep thinking

limited availability: I'm offering this package to a small group as I build my practice. Once these spots are filled, future coaching will be at standard rates.

what coaching is (and isn't)

Coaching is partnering. You take an active role in shaping outcomes and are responsible for your own learning and growth. I won't ask "What happened this week?" and spend our time on small talk — we'll work on what matters to you.

Coaching is not consultative. Rather than offering solutions or advice, I ask questions and reflect observations to prompt your own thinking. You're the expert on you; I'm here to support you in accessing your own wisdom.

Coaching is not therapy. While we'll touch on emotions and beliefs as they relate to your growth, this work is distinct from mental health treatment. If issues arise that would be better served by a licensed mental health professional, I may encourage you to seek that support.

Confidentiality: What we discuss remains strictly private and will not be shared without your explicit permission, unless required by law.
